### Q1. (15 pts) 
The use of p-values and NHST has become increasingly controversial. In 2016, the American Statistical Association released an official statement on the use of p-vales. Read:

Write a half page summary of what you learned from this article. Please take time to consider appropriate paragraph structure, grammar, and spelling.

### Q2. (15 pts)
Use the Seattle Housing dataset [http://math.montana.edu/ahoegh/teaching/stat408/datasets/SeattleHousing.csv](http://math.montana.edu/ahoegh/teaching/stat408/datasets/SeattleHousing.csv) to test for differences between houses sold in 2014 and 2015. For this problem, please use a t-distribution for the sampling model. Specify and defend prior distributions, state your ROPE, and interpret the results.
