Professor Pernarowski's research uses asymptotic and applied dynamical system techniques to study mathematical models of biological systems which involve ordinary or partial differential equations. He has published articles in SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, Physica D., and the Journal of Differential Equations.
