TI-92 Help -- Entering a Matrix
Using the Data/Matrix Editor

We illustrate the procedure for entering a matrix using the Data/Matrix editor with the large matrix below.

Notice that this matrix has twelve rows and twelve columns.
From the home screen press the APPS key. Then arrow down to select Data/Matrix Editor. Then arrow right and then down to select the New option as shown in the screen at the right. Missing TI-92 screen

Arrow right and then down, as shown in the screen at the right, to select the Matrix option. Missing TI-92 screen
Press ENTER. Then arrow down and type in a name for your matrix. Then arrow down and enter the number of rows and then the number of columns in your matrix as shown in the screen at the right. Missing TI-92 screen
Next press ENTER twice. You should see a screen like the screen at the right. Missing TI-92 screen
Now enter the entries in the matrix one at a time using the arrow keys to move around the matrix. Notice that the screen will automatically scroll as you move around the matrix. When you have completed entering the matrix press green-diamond HOME to return to the home screen. Missing TI-92 screen
