The Mission

Your mission is to attack a command bunker colocated with a AAA site. The max range of the AAA is 15000 ft (4572m). Your ingress altitude is 500 ft (152.4 m) in order to avoid detection by the air-to-air threat and the SAMS. Unfortunately, you were not able to get Wild Weasel support, which would have negated both threats. Your weapons release airspeed is 500 kts (257.5 m/s). Can you drop your bomb on this bunker? Of course, but can you do it and remain safely outside the lethal range of the AAA?
(No reason to tempt fate if you don't have to.)

The goal of this lesson is to find out how you can attack this target safely. This is not a difficult problem, if we break it down into two separate problems, one simple problem in each dimension.
