Running a Program on the TI-83
- Turn the TI-83 on. If you are using the TI-CBL make sure it is
attached to the TI-83 by the linking cable and that it, too, is on.
- Press the PRGM key. You should see a display similar to
the display below. Your display will probably be different because you probably
have different programs in your calculator's memory.
- Using the cursor keys arrow down until the program that you want to
run is highlighted. The screen below shows the TI-83 ready to run the
program WELCOME.
- Press ENTER twice to run the program.
