The TI-Graph Link program for the TI-86 on the Macintosh is somewhat different than earlier TI-Graph Link programs. The Quickstart Help in the program is quite useful.
Begin by opening a TI-86 connection as follows. Connect the TI-86 to the Macintosh using the Graph Link cable and turn the TI-86 on. Under the Connection menu choose the option TI-86. It may be the only option. Make sure the correct port is selected (the other options are standard) and click OK. A new finder window should appear showing the contents of the TI-86.
Double click the List icon in this window and then double click the name of the list that you want to move to the Macintosh. It will be uploaded to the Mac and displayed in a window of its own.
The Help menu in the TI-86 provides access to useful help.
