Diffusion -- Comparing a Simulation and a Markov Chain

To start this applet click on the green bar at the right. You can change the initial value for each of the five cells or columns when the applet is not going. To set the initial value for a particular cell or column, click the mouse in the cell at the initial value. You can click either on the red (Markov chain) side or the blue (simulation) side and both sides will change.
