- Apply early and after acceptance, take a course in Fall and/or Spring prior to your first summer session. (You may also be approved to take a course in "non-degree graduate student" status while your application is processed).
- Transfer 3 (or 6, or 9) appropriate credits from outside program
How might a teacher slow down the “ideal” schedule?
- Teachers have unique schedules and responsibilities at school and at home. We can design an extended program of study that meets requirements while allowing for special circumstances.
What if a teacher can’t take coursework during a particular semester?
- If you miss or fail M525 Analysis – take it the following fall
- If you miss or fail M527 Geometry – take it the following spring
- If you miss or fail M524 Algebra or M518 Statistics – take it the following summer
