The meeting was called to order by President, Jim Sylvester.

Election for the Chapter Officers and Chapter Representative was held. The results were:

Krishnendu Ghosh, the outgoing Secretary/Treasurer, presented the 1991-1992 treasurer's report. The balance as of September 25, 1992 was $1228.82

Discussion was held on how to spend some of the monies in the treasury. The Chapter thought it was appropriate to give student book awards and/or student memberships to ASA. A motion was passed that the executive committee will put together guidelines for selecting students and to determine the appropriate amount of monies to be awarded. The awards are to be given during the 1992-1993 academic year.

Discussion was held regarding the lowering of student membership dues to the Chapter. A motion was passed that student dues are $1.00 per year.

Discussion was held on ways to enhance membership.

Regarding next year's program, Rudy Gideon volunteered to talk on a consulting project and challenged MSU to do the same. Don Loftsgaarden suggested we could have a panel discussion on a topic as part of next years program. This was looked upon favourably.
