The meeting was called to order by President, Don Loftsgaarden.

Election for the Chapter Officers was held. The results were, by unanimous vote:

President:	Pat Munholland, Montana State University, Bozeman
Vice-President:	Rick Rossi, Montana Tech, Butte
Secretary/Treasurer:	Carol Bittinger, Montana State University, Bozeman

Pat Munholland gave the treasurer's report in the absence of Carol Bittinger. The balance as of October 28, 1994 was $1324.

John Borkowski, the Chapter Representative gave his report. It was noted that John is in his last year of his three year term and a new Chapter Representative will need to be elected next year.

There was a discussion of topics for future meetings. The possibility of a short course was also discussed. The executive committee will poll members.

Dues for students to join MT-Chapter were dropped.

Pat Munholland and Carol Bittinger will work on a new logo for the stationary.
