Lynda attended a meeting on ethics. She discussed the guidelines as proposed by ASA to be stated on personal vita. The meeting also addressed careers for women.
III. OLD TOPICS

Lynda Steele is still working on the chapter history. She will be working with Ken Tiahrt. She is searching for the `brown box' thought to contain relevant papers.
IV. ELECTIONS
The current Vice-President (Chip Todd) becomes President for 2002.
Marty Hamilton was nominated and unanimously approved for Vice-President.
Sherry Heis and Jon Graham agreed to continue as secretary (Sherry) and treasurer (Jon).
The chapter representative is supposed to serve a 3 year term. Jon Graham (current chapter representative) addressed concerns regarding this lengthy commitment. It was agreed that no one person should be expected to attend the annual ASA meetings for three consecutive years so this position will be reviewed each year. John Borkowski was nominated and unanimously approved as chapter representative for this year. Susan Hinkins will be the back-up should John find he is unable to attend the meeting next summer.
