Course description

MATH 221 - INTRODUCTION TO MATRIX THEORY
Prerequisite: Math 176 or Math 182.
Modeling and applications are stressed throughout. Topics used to solve and analyze these models are matrix algebra, systems of linear equations, determinants, vector algebra and geometry in Euclidean 3-space, eigenvalues, eigenvectors.
