Course description

MATH 450 - APPLIED MATHEMATICS I
Prerequisite: Math 221, Math 225.
Modeling and applications are stressed throughout. Topics covered to solve and analyze these models are dimensional analysis and scaling, regular and singular perturbations methods, calculus of variations, stability and bifurcation methods.
