EMC Instruments Available for Use by
Educators and Researchers
Currently five EMC instruments for assessing mathematics instructional coaches and teachers are available for use, with permission, by educators and researchers. To learn more about available instruments and view sample survey items, click HERE to download a PDF synopsis.
To apply for use of one or more EMC instruments, click HERE to download and print the Terms of Use. Please submit your signed Terms of Use to Dr. John Sutton, EMC Co-PI, at sutton@rmcdenver.com or fax (303) 825-1626. Once EMC receives and approves your completed and signed Terms of Use, the project will supply an electronic copy of each requested instrument in PDF format.
