The Department of Mathematical Sciences manages a drop-in tutoring center open Fall, Spring and Summer Sessions. This Math Learning Center(MLC) provides tutoring services for most 100 and 200 level math courses as well as STAT 216 and 217.
Fall and Spring Semester
Math Learning Center Hours:
- 8:30am - 9:00pm Monday-Thursday
- 8:30am - 2:00pm Friday
Student Use:
- A valid Cat Card is REQUIRED for admittance.
- All students currently enrolled in an appropriate math course are encouraged to use the MLC.
Spring 2013 MLC Staffing Schedule!

- STAT 216 / 217 assistance:
Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 9:00pm (except 5-6 pm)
THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS! - MATH 200 level course assistance:
Available starting at 9:00 am, during all MLC hours (except 5-6 pm).
- During the dinner hour (5-6pm) the MLC is staffed by
undergraduate students trained in tutoring algebra.
- Please note, the MLC closes from 5-6pm on Common Hour Exam nights!
Summer Semester

8:30am - 1:00pm Monday through Thursday
