Sea SurfaceTemperatures

Experimental SST Contour Charts- A Satellite-only climatology has been provided at 36 km resolution by Al Strong. EPS has interpolated these climatologies to 50 km resolution, and now produces an experimental SST anomaly field.

The NOAA/NASA AVHRR Oceans Pathfinder Home Page- The NOAA/NASA Pathfinder AVHRR Oceans data sets are global, multichannel, Sea Surface Temperature data derived from the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometers (AVHRR) on the NOAA/TIROS operational meteorological satellites (NOAA-7, -9, and -11) which provide a continuous daily and composite data set from July 1981 through the present.
