1.  supplement.pdf

    This is a pdf file containing the Supplement to "Spectral Models
    for Covariance Matrices."  It contains mathematical details,
    examples of model parameterizations, and a brief user's guide to
    the Matlab programs. 

    Typographical errors were corrected in May 2002, May 2003, and
    March 2005.

2.  supplement.ps

    This is a postscript file containing the Supplement to "Spectral Models
    for Covariance Matrices."

3.  spectral.tar.gz

    This is a binary zipped tar file containing the Matlab programs.
    In a Unix operating system, the file can be unzipped and the files
    can be extracted by executing the 
    following commands:

	      gunzip spectral.tar.gz
	      tar xvf spectral.tar

    In a windows operating system, the file can be opened using Winzip.
